Because of the name I had expected it to be large and impersonal, but it is a small complex and it was like staying with friends; a huge thank you to Vaggelis for making us feel at home. I hope that I will be able to return.

"Serene stone house" is definitely appropriate. The house is charming, well decorated, well equiped with all you need and could expect, comfortable. The view is amazing from the terrace, mountains and the small village of Oxia.

This is a gem of a hotel in one of the most quiet villages of Greece. The Prespes area is beautiful beyond belief and very peaceful. The hotel has been beautifully renovated by Vaios, a great person who will sit with you and give you a lot of information about things to do. Great breakfast with homemade pie, jam and honey. Vaios is also a beekeeper, an opportunity to buy some organic top quality honey! Finally the air is extremely fresh and temperature significantly lower than in areas at sea level because it's 1100 meters above sea level. We slept with a duvet in the middle of a heatwave in Greece. This is the best place for a relaxing and very authentic summer holiday in Greece away from the busy, expensive and overrated islands!
