Good location close to boulevard. Very nice room with a good bed and a perfect bathroom. I got a free upgrade of my room. I had to leave early (before breakfast time) and they gave me a lunchbox without extra charge. Very helpfull staf

Nothing. It turned out to be more like a scam. The apartment given to me was broken and nothing like what the host advertised on Booking.com. even though with booking.com property ratings and all. Of course booking.com "customer service" is non existent when I was trying to get out of this scam situation and needed help to get them to get to the host.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Banana Apartments, host was quite helpful. sadly I could not contact him when I was on the way to the location, because he was out of mobile phone connection zone but as soon as he discovered that I could not contact him and I was worried he called me and made sure that everything was ok. When we got to the place he told us that his usual cleaning lady was on vacation and new one did not change bad sheets, but he came to us and changed everything himself so that did not cause us any problem. After our check out we even left our luggage in his car because our ride to Tbilisi was planned several hours after check-out so he helped us and made sure that our bags were safe.
