The most wonderful people who showed us amazing hospitality and warmth of Georgian culture. It was so beautiful this have Grandma Manana cook breakfast for us and to have great conversation too (in Russian). Some staff speak English but I’m not sure how much. It’s a bit far from the center of Tbilisi and from the metro, but minibuses stop right in front of the entrance, and public transport often runs along the neighboring highway (5-7 minutes walk to the stop) towards the center to various metro stations, so getting there is not a problem. Wonderful hospitable host Grigol. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to those who value privacy and modern surroundings, and who don't mind sacrificing a little extra time getting around the city.
