Great stay. Modern room and wide. Updated clean every day. Good kitchen. The whole host family is friendly and helpful. I contracted with them for a daily paid breakfast and it was varied and delicious. They helped me with laundry and delivery from Batumi garages home when I arrived in Georgia.

Nice family hotel in quiet area not far from center, especially if you have car or alternatively Taxi service is quite cheap in Batumi. Nika (owner) is so friendly and helpful, I had good chat with him during my stay. Nice, clean, modern spacious hotel room - with all necessary facilities, attached small balcony was also extra benefit. Amazing panoramic views from Terrace top 5th floor, where is also served daily rich buffet breakfast. Overall, I had very pleasant stay there and I highly recommend Maria value family B&B hotel to everyone who would like to stay in Batumi on budget.

We had the privileg to be the first guests at this wonderful house. Everything was perfekt! The view is sensationell, the house is perfectly equiped.Ana who welcomed us, speaks perfect english and was extremly friendly and helpful. We get a bottle of wine and fresh fruits as a present and the housekeeping staff was very helpful, too. We will stay here again next year! Best vacation on our round trip in Georgia!
