We had such a wonderful time staying in this house. This is a place where you can experience true Georgian hospitality, amazing completely home-made food and even see how people lived here in the mountains 150 years ago in their small etnography museum. The location is a bit remote but really beutiful with amazing views and forests all around and riendly people. We didn't have car and still managed to get here by marshrutka (ask at the bus station to find your minibus, the stop is a bit aside of the others) and a bit of walking. Every meal is a feast of local dishes but with many vegetarian options as well!!! So even if you don't eat meat here it's not a problem at all. With that you will be served their own very good home-made wine. Despite a bit of a language barrier we were given tips on where to go around and in the end they were so kind to take us to a bit more central village to catch our bus back to Batumi. Amazing place, thanks for everything!
