This was a wonderful place to stay to start the beautiful hike from Etseri to Mazeri. Our room on the top floor was airy and beautiful with amazing views. The shop on the bottom floor was a real godsend and egged is to top up on supplies. Tony and Lali were welcoming and founts do knowledge about the area. Tony is an exceptional photographer himself and it was really interesting to chat to him about his work and the pioneering alpinists. This is a must stay if you are in Etseri.

Such a warm family! We had hiked in the rain/snow all day and the daughter checked in on us and offered a ride to the house. They also helped us dry our wet boots by the fireplace and arranged a car when the weather wasn’t favorable for further hiking. Great dinner and breakfast spread as well!

We are vegetarians, and the food was great (dinner, breakfast and lunch for the road). The room and the bathroom were renovated. The housekeeper was really friendly. The village Barshi is cozy.

our stay was really nice. Beds were good, bathroom clean, really good food and very nice veranda. The absolutely best thing was the nice staff. owner Zurab helped with transportation and good tips. Service was the top best of all our stays in Georgia.

Food was exceptional and both the owner have been incredibly kind and welcoming, surely a place where to feel home. I would definitely suggest to anyone going to Etseri to have a stop for the night in Pari not just because of the trek, which might get a little tricky on the way Etseri and that i wouldn't recommend to do the after the sunrise, but also because this guest house, with its welcoming hosts and delicious and plentiful food and wine, is definitely worth the stop. I would also really suggest to try their wine, outstandingly good.

Everything was new, modern, and clean. Unexpectedly high standard for the price, I've never stayed in such a luxory place anywhere else in Georgia (I'm a budget traveler). And the views were great, the house is built on a hill facing another mountain. There's also a café under development where I got to hang out on my own until late at night, preparing as many cups of tea as I felt like. You can also order meals at prices lower than in the restaurants in Mestia - for example, an enormous khachapuri for 10 GEL.

This was not a stay , it was a education for a how a beautiful Swan family lives daily life. You firsty see heavenly garden with variety of fruits, vegs, trees, grapes...back yard is full with goats, cows, sheeps, chickens, dog without any smell. The mountain view as it was described, you could watch all day long. You can have breakfast, lunch or dinner upon your request, which will be prepared with their own garden ingredients with local dishes. They prepare your bad with traditional pillows and duvets. This could be best experience in our Gerogian travel. I would like to come here with a longer period of time. I will miss this beautifull family so much. I strongly recommend if you have a car, do not stay in Mestia, stay in here and go where you want to visit from here, it is just 20 mins to Mestia.
