I have booked GreenGate as I was traveling for my work and did not have much expectations to begin with. It turned out to be one of the most memorable stays and I would definitely come back to this place. Rooms are simple and clean, the property is surrounded by lush garden. Hosts are just wonderful! We liked the wonderful and helpful owner, nice views on the valley, very clean and pleasant interiors and also nice smell inside the houses. The room has everything you need from bathrobes and toiletries to rubber slippers for the pool (very handy). Coffee machines and coffee and tea capsules in every room were nice, too (the coffee is okay, the tea isn't tasty). Sauna is another pleasant asset, it's a pity it only works in the evening. Very tasty shakshuka for breakfast.

The dogs are the ranch are very cute. The breakfast dumplings were nice. The bed was quite comfy. Air con was ideal.

The family that owns the guest house is very hospitable and helpful. They can also arrange a Khaketi wine and monastery tour (9 hours) and dinner with wine in the house (35 L). The yard with sun loungers is nice and the views from the terraces are beautiful.The refrigerator can be found in the hallway in the common areas. Someone ate my cheese, though. My room was quiet.

Easy to find, with private parking. Well located for walking anywhere in Sighnaghi, but really quiet with the most amazing views ever. Views not just from the balcony but also the bed, the bath, even the toilet! Lia is super, remaining friendly, helpful and upbeat even when overcoming some huge problems during our stay (workmen resurfacing the road nearby broke a water main but Lia actually got the part they needed to get this fixed in minimum time!). We had the most comfortable bed of our entire stay in Georgia. Although breakfast isn't included in the room rate in is available, and a pleasant breakfast on the terrace was a great way to start the day
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Hotel's location and view from the balcony is excellent. Rooms with balcony in the main road side are bright large enough. Bathroom size is also good and all the necessary amenities were present. TV set was large enough, but TV channels selection is very limited. Water temperature in indoor pool was very pleasant, but other spa facilities were in darkness and under construction. Car parking is available and just a few steps from the hotel entrance.
House is wonderful, there is almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is equipped with necessary appliances, such as washing machine, microwave, stove, kettle, dishwasher. Very comfortable mattresses and soft bed-clothes in the rooms (I have never met such soft linen), large area near the house and parking.
