The room was very clean and comfortable. Had the toilet cistern block with limescale late evening prior to going to bed. staff very helpful and response excellent. Offered to change room but we got it going. Plumber replaced same next day. The breakfast was good but not the best. Bar prices a bit steep.

Our stay at The Old Workshop was fantastic and located only a short drive away from both Corfe Castle and Swanage. It was so peaceful and the interior was beautifully presented. The parking behind the back of the property was spacious and easily accessible. A really comfortable and enjoyable stay.
This little hut is perfectly tucked away and yet is super close to the both car park and the famous Square and Compass pub. It was more spacious than I thought it would be and had practically everything you needed inside.
We thought it was a lovely touch to provide muesli, fresh ground coffee (rather than instant), olive oil and a bottle of wine…it felt very welcoming and homely…beautifully quiet location despite being very close to the car park…the overriding sound was the birds singing….there was a particularly tame robin who was constantly close by 😀…a lovely place to stay and would certainly return in the future
