The White Horse is one of Britain's oldest inns and has tasty food, good rooms and a traditional pub. It is ideal for walks on White Horse Hill and The Ridgeway.

The location was perfect for being able to walk to the historic sites on the hill. The breakfasts and dinners at the Inn were excellent and with great choice. The owners were very helpful.

A warm welcome by the staff. The room was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Lovely, picturesque old inn near Uffington White Horse and other sights. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and rooms are in an annex by the pub/restaurant so very quiet. Welcoming staff, free parking and excellent freshly cooked breakfast. Nice seating out the front too in a pretty garden.
Location was idyllic and very near the White Horse of Uffignton! A lovely walk to Uffington Town itself about 10 - 20 minutes. The Character of the Pub, parking across the road and dining in the pub for breakfast (provided!) and dinner.
Loved the rural location, a truly beautiful place, such a warm welcome from the owners, who made you feel at home. Great & attentive service. Room was cute, free parking, restaurant was great with a varied menu & delicious food. I’ll definitely stay again.
Very friendly host and staff. Very cosy, spotless clean, traditional pub. Bar appearance and layout outstanding. 2 log fires. Breakfast menu worthy of 5 star hotel, absolutely delicious. Good choice of evening menu. Food well presented, nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of car parking. Great village atmosphere. I would definitely recommend staying at this establishment.
