A beautiful caravan just like its photos with everything you need for a staycation. Bonus outside space if weather is good which for us it was. Lots of extras I didn’t expect like a bag of kids toys which my son loved. The beds were so comfortable too and had a great couple of nights sleep.

I lovely location with a great view. The caravan was clean and had everything that could be needed was there.

Host was lovely and very responsive.
Caravan was so cozy we didn't want to leave. All the little lovely touches made it feel like so homely.
5 Mins walk from a stunning beach.
We didn't use the park facilities so can't comment on them.

The location was lovely close to the beach. The house was set out well, was very family friendly and had a seaside theme and toys related to this.

It was clean and in a peaceful area. Parking outside the door.
Great house and immaculate inside. Parking and access was no issue and very handy for the beach front walk area. We went at a quiet time of year. This is a beautiful house and very well layed out and together.
We stayed at coastguard house over Xmas and really enjoyed it, was decorated with Xmas tree etc for our arrival, loved the double oven and hob for cooking our Xmas dinner, ordered our meat from the local butcher which was fab and great value for money. Ate out at the Italian and Indian whilst there and would highly recommend. House was lovely and homely and we all loved the hot tub. Great location, 2 min walk to the beach and 10-15min walk to restaurants. No issues with on street parking.
What a gorgeous victorian terraced house. If it was just the house and its location I'd give it full marks. Unfortunately it isn't.
Didn't have any real issues with parking and a very short walk to the beach made for a wonderful time for our son and dogs. Rock pooling, climbing rocks, skimming stones and paddling on the beach. Wonderful.
The property was clean and functional and relatively spacious, with a location that was excellent for the beach and parking, though a bit remote from shops and services. Obviously recently refurbished it was a comfortable stay for an extended family. A downstairs bedroom and bathroom was great for less agile guests. The owners also deserve a positive mention for being friendly and responsive to a minor heating fault. For the price and location, it was really excellent value.
Plenty of bedroom space, kitchen was well equipped but see below. Fridge is large. Upstairs shower is really good. Plenty of towels and soap/gel. Location is really good for Newbiggin beach and town. Parking is easy. One good frying pan.
Perfect two bed house to stay in for one night with my parents. Well equipped, there didn’t seem to be anything missing with was fantastic.
Literally walked out the door, look round the corner and through the archway to an idyllic beach.
Good free parking outside, unfortunately my phone signal was rubbish so I didn’t get the message through regarding the keys - make sure you get the key code before travelling there! but when I called Diane she was brilliantly with explain the key code to use. Very helpful and lovely. We will be back!
