Location for Cambridge was a little far out but ok. Breakfast was in a shared do it yourself kitchen area but was very good continental style. Bedroom was super, comfy bed.

Very comfortable bed. Great facilities and location near St Ives and Cambridge - very quick to drive to either locations. Very lovely host who allowed us an exception for a late checkout. Breakfast was hearty and very tasty - set us up well for the day of travel we had ahead.

The location was good very near water beach which is where I wanted to be at a wedding I did not have the breakfast although it was included as I did not stay in the room due to the awful damp smell I slept in my car till it was day light and then headed back to London. I was alone and felt very vulnerable as I had no where else to go

We liked the friendly welcome and helpful details from Ell. The room was clean and bed comfortable and a good bathroom The location was great for the park and ride, about 2 miles away, which was free to park for 18hrs. Free parking at the hotel was also great. We had the use of a shared kitchen which we used a lot . The kitchen was shared between 3 rooms and the continental style breakfast was plentiful and left for you to help yourself in the kitchen.
The location was fine and parking ample. The bed was comfortable and location quiet so i slept well.
There are plenty of places to eat locally. The breakfast provided was ok and handy.
Great value property located in its own grounds. Access through a gate from the high strett with plenty of parking. Beds are comfortable and it is very quiet so had a good night's sleep. Good shower.
