We chose not to have breakfast. The place was so serene, quiet and peaceful. The bedroom windows overlooking the fields with grazing sheep, was just perfect! The apartment was so clean and tidy.

The location was the main usp, even though a bit challenging to find, closely followed by the unusualness of the building. Having secure car parking, in that location, was a big advantage. The room and the place itself was very well furnished.

Very comfortable large bed. Plentiful breakfasts with a wide choice of cereals, fruit and hot food.. Very interesting Grade 2 listed building with stone floors and bare walls, original beams etc. Staff Keely and Linda were very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Owner Paul was incapacitated so we didn't meet him, but he was extremely helpful over the 'phone prior to our visit. A parking space on the premises an appreciated bonus.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
A nice pub in a small village near Lincoln. The room was comfortable, separate from the pub itself in converted outbuildings with ample room for parking. The bathroom was small but modern and it was good value for money.
Superior rooms are great, comfortable, big walk in shower and views over the countryside. Staff are all very friendly, food was good, especially the breakfast. Really nice. Plenty of parking. Pretty much perfect.
The room was excellent, beds were really comfortable, provided towels were massive and lovely. Shower had great pressure and was easy to use. Plenty of parking and breakfast was fantastic.

Pub is very friendly, food was lovely and all the staff very helpful. Separate rooms away from the pub with outdoor benches and plenty of free parking.
The accomodation was clean and quiet because separate from the main building. The food was OK although one of our choices was sold out already but otherwise it was well cooked and presented. Car parking right outside the room was handy.
