We were expecting a large room with a small kitchen area. When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff. Shown to our room which was a double room apartment in a converted barn.

Very nice and friendly staff , nice scenery, the hotel was clean, not crowded, a super nice reception guy Sean saved my Saturday by fetching his own oatmilk from his car!! And Anelin, a nice, very attentive lady at the breakfast restaurant arranged us a milk free scrambled eggs! other young people (didn't get their names) as well as the cleaning ladies were very nice so even thought everything didn't get me even 3 stars I think I will be back.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Absolutely lovely setting. Very clean tidy accommodation. Lovely chickens on the door step and farm shop with honesty box for free range eggs, honey and jams. Easy to find and separate car park. Big bed and space to hang clothes, kitchen with everything you could need. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when we are in the area.
Was a great stay as always, have stayed for the last five years off and on and its always been a great stay, food is excellent nice freindly atmosphere, ideal for parking my truck and trailor safely and not far to Donington.
The staff were so freindly as always, we have stayed several time and it has always been the same excellent clean rooms, great for safe parking, food is always excellent another great stay, we will be back soon
Lovely breakfast, plenty of parking, arrived late, good TV facilities to watch Rugby World Cub, It was just arrive, sleep, breakfast and go on to a funeral.
The evening meal (roast beef) was superb, the beef was tender and delicious. Lovely ice cream afterwards.
Breakfast next morning was very good.
As I have mobility problems, I appreciated the room upgrade with nearby parking, thank you.
Would not hesitate to recommend.
Car parking great, covered by CCTV told best place to park my motorcycle on hard standing. Food is great and very reasonable prices (drinks as well). Lovely staff.
A good price for the quality of the accommodation and lead time between booking and date of stay. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, and good location as we visited nearby points of interest in the countryside. Ample car parking too.
