Lovely little hidden gem !
Well signed posted from the main road but could do with light out side as it was dark when we arrived and we did drive past .
Room … very nice big room we had booked a family room 2 adults .. 1teen and 1 dog yes DOG FRIENDLY… and the bathroom well it’s was massive ( bigger then a standard bedroom)
Owner … he was lovely and very welcoming in the morning and. Cooks a lovely hot breakfast … dogs are allowed in the dinning room as well . The hotel is a lovely old house with a lot of original touches still there … due to being Old house the stairs are very steep so If u do have mobility problems u might struggle with the stairs as I did ( I have a knee problem ) ….. if your a mug person take your own there is only little cups in the room lol

This little hut exceeded my expectations. We came to celebrate my partners birthday and we absolutely loved it! The hut itself is so cute and cosy, the views are unbelievable, it's so secluded and peaceful. Also, having the field to go for a nice walk with the dogs was the cherry on top! We can't wait to come back :)

Firstly, I was extremely impressed with lovely couple providing the accommodation. Upon contacting them for some assistance with locating the property, they went above and beyond with their help in doing so. Furthermore, they helped me with the information I needed to locate the place that was my main reason for visiting this lovely area. The property wasn't what I was expecting, it was much more. Not only immaculately clean, warm, and tastefully presented, once I met the hosts and was shown around, I received total privacy which was required in order to absorb just how lovely the place is. Phill. and his lovely wife Toni are there if you need them, but trust me, all you require and more, is already there for your arrival. The only problem I had was that my stay was too short, I wished I had booked for a longer stay in what is a lovely part of the country and exceptional accommodation. I will most certainly return for a longer stay very soon and cannot recommend No.78 enough. I won't be adding any photos because you have to see it to believe it!

The property is absolutely beautiful, we booked it for a friends birthday and it was everything and more, the hot tub was amazing, the whole barn was just beautiful inside and out, couldn’t recommend it anymore! Will definitely be returning.
Even helped us out in the morning with a jumpstart because one of our cars wouldn’t start!! Extremely friendly hosts and unbelievably kind.

Everything was superb, the cottage was spotless and had almost everything we needed for short stay. Next time we are in that neck of the Delamere woods, we will definitely look to stay again!
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Good choice of breakfast cereals, a good cooked breakst consisting of Bacon, Sausage egg, Tomato,baked beans and Toast. drinks available, Tea, Coffee and juice available. Breakfast was served at the table. The staff were very friendly and always able to chat with. ample parking , ideal location, A well stocked bar and some meals were available on an evening.
Quaint old family manor house in rural location. Owners have gone to great lengths in a effort to retain many of the manor house's origional arts & crafts features. Plenty of parking. Staff were very welcoming and the cooked breakfast was delicious.
Lady who served breakfast and cleaned the rooms was lovely and helpful . Young lad behind the bar bought an ironing board up to the room which was great .
Bed was comfy and sheets / towels lovely and clean
