The whole package of accommodation, food and caring staff was brilliant. the property is antique in looks but fitted out very tastefully with mod cons. Ideally situated for visiting a number of Historic Houses and delightful gardens.

The location was excellent, the room was large and warm and ckean. Checking in couldn't have been easier with instructions sent by email on the day of arrival. There was a tea/coffee area in the room which was much appreciated. No meals but we knew that from booking and there is a pub close by. Parking was easy with a bay reserved which corresponded to room number. Everything was very easily accessible, no stairs.

Perfectly positioned for exploring North Norfolk, Home Farm House is a gem. Both bedroom and bathroom have everything you need(and there’s a private little garden to relax in too) Gary is a super host. He provided a wonderful breakfast, tailored to our taste, as well as little gifts of delicious pistachio and yuzu- tarragon macarons and chocolates he had made himself. Fabulous.

Found this little gem on booking.com, I’ve never seen a tent pitch advertised on there before, my signal wasn’t great and looking for camping down south isn’t easy, so many restrictions compared to up north, what a relief it was to find this place. I was booked in for a tent pitch but when I arrived and saw the little cabins, I couldn’t resist. The bed was super comfy, the facilities were great, much more than I expected, it’s certainly great value for money. I’d definitely go back, it’s a lovely place, the communal space is really well done, ideal to book up with friends or if you’re on your own. Emma and Dave are a lovely couple, great hosts, very welcoming and down to earth. I loved my stay, would go back in a heartbeat :-)
