The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. I didn’t have time for breakfast but they made me a bacon sandwich to go in super quick time and it was delicious. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again and would highly recommend.

For starters, Jane's communication was excellent. She was concise, detailed and so warm from the onset and this continued throughout our stay. We walked into this lovely cottage which had everything you could possibly need but equally was so full of charm and beautiful touches. The fireplace was stocked with logs, the kitchen full of every kind of utensil you might need (as well as generous basics for breakfast, cookies, and wine). The room was so comfortable and all of the home fit every need we had. There was a lot of love put into every corner and we appreciate so much to have had the fortune of staying there.

Amazing gem of a hotel with a great restaurant downstairs. Checkin was efficient and personal, which was a nice touch. Room was clean, warm, and well equipped. Ate in the restaurant for dinner. Set menu on a Tuesday which was a little disappointing as I'd seen the a la carte menu on the internet and really wanted to to try it, however the set menu was delicious, and great value for money (although no choice, so good job I liked what was on the menu!) All the staff were great, so friendly and welcoming. Bed really comfy and I slept well. Breakfast was delicious again, good selection to pick from. I had salmon and poached eggs. Perfectly cooked. Parking available on the street outside free after 6pm until 8am. I think there was another carpark nearby if you need to park longer than overnight. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area.
