Old Inn with oak beamed bar with lots of character and comfortable bedrooms. Friendly staff and happy for us (and sensible) to get in an Indian take-a-way on Sunday night for 8 hungry golfers, as restaurant closes at 4pm Sunday and Monday.

It was a beautiful Georgian building, Helga the owner was warm, welcoming and friendly and could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was beautifully cooked. This truly is a gem find that we would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Very welcoming the staff was really nice and polite. The room was twice what we were expecting and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast we had this morning was amazing thank you, Tye and Diane. One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Very good communication from the host prior to our arrival. The accommodation is of very high quality with comfortable bed and excellent shower. Freshly laid eggs, bread, butter, jam and marmalade provided. Car parking was excellent with plenty of space. I would recommend this accommodation when staying in beautiful Walmer/Deal.
This was a great little place to stay we everything we needed including the bonus of a lovely view of the garden. We didn’t use the outside sitting area on this occasion, but it looked good. Really appreciated the extras Stephanie left for us for breakfast and the biscuits. Ideally placed near to the port of Dover, with safe parking, yet super quiet, we hope to stay again.

Excellent location and only a few minutes walk to the seafront. Well equipped, cozy cottage with plenty of free parking in the area. It was nice to have a welcome hamper - very appreciated to have bread, milk, butter and nibbles for our arrival. It’s in an excellent location to explore the wider area - Canterbury, Pegwell Bay, Margate all within 30-40 minute drive. Amanda was very organised and was a very helpful and approachable owner.
Excellent base for exploring the Kent coast. We arrived by car. Free parking opposite the apartment. We used public transport to explore local area or walked from the flat. Deal centre is close and walkable and contains lots of restaurants.
My Wife and I loved the location, was quiet, clean, tidy and every little detail was thought if, even providing bread, butter, jam and milk in the fridge, free private off street parking and very safe and secure.
