Perfect location with a great view over the marina and sea. Really convenient for catching the ferry in the morning. Lots of room and much better than a hotel. Owner communication was great and entry arrangements on arrival were really clear and straightforward. Plus a parking space just outside. Everything we needed: thank you!
Only 100 metres from the beach, the guest house has a great location, just 3 minutes' drive from the ferry/rail terminal and 2 minutes' walk from the town centre for pubs and eating places.

The hostess set an easy-going, friendly atmosphere, and the guests talked together and with her at breakfast. She also helped with local information. The room had a calming simplicity.
I was able to get an evening meal after coming in on the ferry. It was Sunday, and some places were shut.

Good location for venue we were attending. Room clean spacious and comfortable.fantastic fish and chip shop opposite. Other good eating places nearby. Plenty off road free parking.
Ideall Location to where I needed to be
The shower was very good which made a change and it didn't drip and the pressure was excellent. Plenty of fresh towels. There was complimentary water replenished each day, along with tea, coffee and biscuits
Lots of car parking space and a garden to walk my dog
there was a hotel parking lot, the pub (had a good chat with the locals- thanks it was a nice evening!!!! -) was good, unfortunately there was no evening meal, but that wasn't bad as I got fish and chips directly opposite.
Great location for the ferry trip to Ireland, just 5 minutes away from the port. Good size car park with CCTV coverage so OK for parking motorcycles. Would have been ideal if one of the 5 garages was available (apparently they're full of junk). Didn't eat here as we fancied the Indian restaurant up the road which was very good.
