Beautifully decorated and with every facility you could want. The patio doors were just perfect in the beautiful weather we were having. We had a lovely walk to Lyme Regis by the river. Directions were very welcome and easy to follow. We hope to visit again!

Such a stunning stay, really beautiful little space. Bed was so spacious and comfortable. All useful amenities like kettle with stuff for hot drinks. Communication was great. It was such an easy and appreciated stay.

Before reviewing this wonderful place I must just warn you about using a sat nav to get there. Don't, you'll regret it. Set your sat nav destination as Shave Cross. When you get there, then set Copse Farm.
We were greeted by the lovely Charlie who mad us tea and biscuits. We had a lovely chat before seeing our fantastic room. We drove to Shave Cross for dinner then back for a really good night's sleep. When we went down, Charlie was hard a work making us a very home grown breakfast.

We liked the size of the property and the layout and furnishings. It's very tastefully decorated with a gorgeous outlook from the back garden. The parking was very convenient and just a short drive to Lyme Regis town centre.
Location was brilliant, 5 minutes by car to Lyme Regis, but away from the chaos in a little secluded nook of calm.
The cottage was way bigger than expected. There was plenty of parking. The garden was beautiful. Rooms were comfortable and we were able to watch the stars from our beds. The kitchen had everything we could want including a cooker, microwave, washer and dryer and dishwasher.
Beautiful location and easily access to Lyme (less than 10 min ) and the A35. Patricia is amazing, sweet and kind. The continental breakfast was generous with many options (eg. muffins, croissants, frest fruit and ceareals) - really above and beyond. Accomodations very clean, parking immediately accessible.
Jenni and Ian are great hosts at this B&B. It is located just outside Lyme Regis and is easy to get a car park. We received a good recommendation for a hotel for dinner as well as for local sightseeing. We had a comfortable night’s sleep and a great breakfast in the morning. We could have stayed longer.
