Everything, in such a pretty setting. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Lots of little touches like fresh bread, butter, conserve and wine on arrival. The friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts Deborah and Peter. The position is perfect everything nearby or a short drive plus great location to explore the coastal villages. Highly recommend.

We couldn’t fault our three night stay at Penrose B&B. It is located on the edge of Lostwithiel on a short hill but within easy walking distance of the town centre, pubs and restaurants. The owners Chris and Heidi were very welcoming and would go the extra mile with any help you needed. The breakfast was cooked to order so always hot and fresh. Our bedrooms and bathroom were clean and spacious with plenty of storage. The car park is small but big enough to accommodate the guests.

Staff are very friendly and the property was very clean and fresh. We enjoyed freshly cooked food.
The garden is beautiful with its pond and waterfall, you could spend a peaceful day just relaxing there with a good book.

The location was brilliant, walking distance to the beach and easy drive to the other places we wanted to visit. Parking on the drive was also a big bonus.
Lovely cottage very comfortable and warm and cosy. Excellent facilities very clean and beautiful interior. Comfortable beds and convenient position the village. Parking was easy always somewhere to park and a very helpful host who provided some local produce as a welcome pack. Would definitely stay here again
The cottage is very well equipped and had everything that we needed. It is a great location for getting to lots of places along that stretch of Cornish coast. Off-road parking is a real bonus.
