The apartment was lovely and modern and in a great location. There was a slight hiccup at check-in but Jordan and his team leapt into action and solved the problem within minutes, very courteous and apologetic and really helpful. Never judge someone on a problem, judge them on how they put it right, and I couldn't fault them. Would book again without a second thought.

Karen, the host was brilliant and kind. She sent me detailed messages before arriving, and she welcomed us when we arrived. There were lots of toys, books and board games for my children. She even prepared bread, milk and juice in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and my daughter even said she wants to stay here forever! It was sad that we stayed there only a short time. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would like to come back.

AMAZING!!! I would love to live in this wonderful place, so tranquil and peaceful. Exceptional facilities, everything you need and more. The bed and pillows were top of the range, so comfortable I didn't want to leave. Thank you to the hosts for being responsive and flexible with check in times. Would recommend and stay again.

fantastic building and gardens - 5 year old very entertained by peacocks strutting their stuff and beautiful decor and super clean room. this is undoubtedly a top place to stay and would definitely revisit. pool was lovely and fun though no changing rooms made it a bit trickier.

We had a lovely 2 night break in the Narrow Escape, it was wonderful. Everything was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped, the sofa bed was so much more comfortable than we expected and the log burner is sooooo lovely.
