We needed somewhere to stay for a County darts weekend and chose the Paddocks Wood, and we weren't disappointed.The hosts were very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made us feel very welcome

Everything! Wow, what a fantastic property. Helen had thought of everything, real home from home all the little extras were lovely. Super cosy, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. All the extras for our dog Lottie, she loved them.

Very good breakfasts. The staff are even smiling and pleasant first thing in the morning even when they did the late shift in the restaurant the previous day.

The location was great, had two dogs with us and the hotel is close to some great walking spaces for dogs off lead. Also about 5 min walk to the town.

Lots of character, :glad i picked this as compared with modern and characterless. Everything was dead right ie quiet room, convenient free parking, onsuit bathroom with bath and shower, doubleroom for the price of single. All the staff were friendly, offering help with suitcase etc. I will definately recommend them to oakhall holiday expeditions in the area for others to use.
The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location is great right on the high street with free parking at the back.
We had a room in the annexe which was a bit dated but warm and cosy. The large bed was very comfortable and it was nice to hear the bells of the local church chiming regularly, muted and pleasant.
