Location was superb, away from any noisy traffic and set in huge beautiful gardens. About 5 miles from Sidmouth, a lovely small seaside town, definitely worth visiting.
The owners were wonderful, friendly and helpful in every way we could have wanted and looked after us brilliantly.
Terrific breakfasts.
The owners also had two lovely friendly black Labrador dogs who greeted us often when we parked our car.

The Annex has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Off road parking is a bonus and the Annex is within walking distance of attractions, eateries and shops. Easy commute to beaches too, perfect.
