The pod was immaculately clean, very warm, and fitted out to a very high standard, with everything you could need for a self- catering stay and they had left a lovely welcome pack. The site showers and toilets were fantastic, especially for our disabilities, and again, spotless. The 24/7 shop was brilliant. The location was great for visiting the local area, and the bus stop was right opposite the site if you needed it. We will definitely visit again.

Myself and my wife stayed at Jan‘s place for 5 nights in July. The location is quiet and our room was spacious and very comfortable. Jan was a great host giving us plenty of tips for restaurants and places to visit. Parking, although not possible outside the house, is not a problem as there is a free community car park very close. It‘s a great base for both coastal walks and visiting towns such as Dartmouth, Salcombe, Totnes, etc. Can recommend.
Comfortable, slept very well, shower good, I found parking car straight forward following host guidance. Host charming and helpful about area, proactive and practical. Breakfast just what I needed. Goes beyond Boutique or corporate hotels, found it homely and akin to an charming English version of a Marrakech Riad.
