Everything was exactly as explained in the advert. It was a lovely quiet location. View from bedroom window was a small green space with bird feeders so really peaceful. Emails explaining everything were really good and helpful. The instructions for finding the key and what was required were excellent Cooker was great Heating was good Microwave excellent Washing machine available. Fridge/freezer was a d cent size

The house was perfectly clean, with shining plumbing, spotless cleanliness and fresh linen. The ambience of the house was very cosy and relaxing. The rooms were spacious and bright, with comfortable furniture and thoughtful design. We especially liked the living room with a large TV where we enjoyed gathering as a family after dinner. The renovation of the house was done to a high standard, using quality materials. Everything was new, functional and in excellent condition. We had a great time at this house and would love to come back here again.

We loved everything about the burrow we have four small children and it was just perfect, with the lovely big garden games room etc, we had our elderly grandmother with us and we could close off areas so she could relax away from the noise of the children playing the bungalow had everything we needed and more. Jane came to welcome us at the property she couldn’t do enough for us we have all had a wonderful time.

Room was great, bathroom stocked with a basket of toiletries. The hosts made us tea and coffee upon arrival, and breakfast to order the next morning. They then drove us to Belfast airport, which we weren't expecting at all. Saved us from a 40 minute walk to the bus station.

There are so many wonderful things to say about the Rocks B&B. We booked the family suite, and for what I paid I expected one large room. However, we had the entire top floor to ourselves: two rooms with a shared bathroom. We were spoiled for space! The rooms themselves were spacious, immaculate, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I really appreciated fantastic water pressure in the shower and no delay for hot water. I thought the location was excellent--not far from great food (we mostly used take-away) and it was a great home base for trips to the Northwest coast, the Giants Causeway, etc. The location was also so peaceful. I slept incredibly well. Breakfasts at The Rocks B&B are not to be missed. You need to put in your requests the night before because everything is cooked to order-- and deliciously. We almost never ate lunch the entire time we were in Northern Ireland because the breakfasts were so filling. There was lots of variety and incredible portion sizes. We were worried that we would have to miss out on breakfast our last morning because of an early departure, but Cathy offered a slightly earlier breakfast which was so appreciated. And that takes me to the most superlative of all: the people. Cathy and Noel are amazingly generous hosts. I haven't stayed in many B&Bs and I feel like they set an incredibly high standard. Cathy makes communication easy via Whatsapp (if you're like me and never use it, get it loaded on your phone before arriving and experiment with it). Noel and Cathy requested that we not eat in our rooms, but whenever we wanted to have our take-away dinners they laid out plates, cutlery, glasses, and fresh water in the breakfast room for us and cleaned up afterward. Once Cathy even microwaved each of our individual Chinese takeaway containers when we wanted to finish the leftovers--honestly that was above and beyond the call of duty!
