The accommodation has even more than you need! It was very clean on our arrival, there are two toilets, bath, shower, kitchen, tv, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, towels a lot of space for 4 people and privacy. The instructions were very clear of how to get there! From the location we could easily get to Helvellyn and Skyddaw mountains. Our third stay, perfectly located with easy parking and MWay access en route to Scotland. We take three rooms, have a fabulous dinner in the locally supplied restaurant, indulge in a full breakfast and use our discount voucher to stock up at the farm shop. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and we will be back.

Staff welcomed me nicely and access was easy and so was parking. The breakfast was home made and a lot better than microwaving things up and shower was excellent.

Very convenient to the M6 and well signed outside to recognise the place. On-street Parking immediately outside. Had a single room which was small (room6), with minimal furnishings, yet comfortable for a one-night stay. En suite was OK.

This hotel is located very close to the higheay but you should not avoid it for this reason. It's part of a family owned service station in the heart of the lake district. The quality level of both hotel as well as the service station are far above average. The food quality is very good and home made. The hotel has spacious rooms and a quiet setting. Free parking, good breakfast.
