We loved the room which included an entrance hallway, a lounge area and bedroom with a beautifully appointed bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding as were our hosts.

Great location. The hosts Penny and Mick were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious and filling. It's a very historic building. We had a lovely room that was very clean and comfortable. We stayed here 2 nights. Highly recommend.

Jenny was friendly, informative, and her communication was excellent. This was a private room in a new house owned by Jenny on the outer edge of Barnstaple. The room was superb, spotlessly clean, comfortable, large, furnished well, with a lovely en suite, and nice views over fields. You have your own key to come and go. The walk in shower was fantastic. The tv contained the full range of streaming services. Great value for money, and we would stay again.

Perfect for the two of us, small but adequate, very quiet neighbourhood, most of all our host Sarah was lovely, very approachable, friendly and made us feel most welcome.
