The whole house was very clean fantastic apartment. Clean, modern and very well decorated.easy check in, nice spacious room, modern bathroom - have booked again for next year.

The whole experience was great. Car parking very ample and secure. Considering the proximity to the motorway, the location was exceptionally peaceful and tranquil. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast choice was excellent

This was an overnight stop for me on the way to a nearby music festival. The location for my purposes was perfect, as was the free parking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This was perfect for what I needed.
Lovely host, bed was so comfortable. Honestly one of the best hotel beds I have slept on! Also really appreciated the free parking on site. Excellent value for money and will definitely stay again.
Very smart rooms, looked to be newly refurbished. And extremely clean. Kath (the owner) and Sara were amazing. So friendly, kind and professional. They could not have done more to make our stay great. They work really hard to make you feel at home.

On site parking was a bonus, be sure to give your number plate details to someone at the bar as the car park is not owned by the pub.
The room was very comfortable and warm on a frosty morning. Free parking was included in the stay and, although the adjacent theme park wasn't open for our stay, we found the location near Tamworth very convenient. Of course the inclusive buffet breakfast was great and filiing with good service and quality food. We travelled to Twycross Zoo during our stay and it was easy to get to from the hotel.
