The location was great for what we needed and there’s parking right outside the front. Check in was really simple and easy. The room was massive! I didn’t use the kitchen so couldn’t comment

Really not much to like actually about this property to be absolutely honest. There is actually one thing which is not too bad and perhaps worth mentioning here. This property we discovered is one of the council housing estates with a very mixed variety of people living in the area. I guess you can really call it very diversified community.

I called to get a feedback to my complaint. Booking.com had reached out to business but was told they refused any such claim from customer like me even with proofs. Booking.com has advised me to claim back this refund directly from my bank. I asked if Booking.com can do anything to take down listing as it is not a true reflection on their listing description, Booking.com said once there are more negative comments this listing will be automatically taken down. Booking.com acknowledged the poor reviews this listing has received however they apologised to me on the phone but was helpless that they could not do anything further. This speaks alot of the accountability and responsibility for Booking.com as one of the accommodation search engine. It was appalling and this is effectively the last time we'd be using Booking.com to book. Thanks but no thank you.

Great location for us as close to family. Easily walk to local train stations to get into London. Free parking on the road. Flat was nice and gave us a lot of space.

The location was perfect for a homely stay close to London but with the benefit of feeling like an escape away from the big city. Free parking and a quick and easy walk to the High Street was a major bonus. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I loved the walk-in shower and bathroom decor with luxury toiletries.
Apartment owner helped me to secure a free parking. After our requests we could get a refund for 3 nights out of 4 nights. Owner was supportive to our requests
