B&Bat no3, hotel in Sutton Cheney

Located in Market Bosworth and only 21 km from De Montfort University, B&Bat no3 provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.

A lovely warm welcome from Michelle (and Mac, later). The premises are an old converted house and stables so narrow, steep staircases and creaky floors which give great character. My room had an entrance area (where the tea and coffee making facilities were located) then through a door into the bedroom. Nice bathroom and then shower room at the back. Fun see-through kettle, nice array of tea and coffee sachets, biccies and chocolates. Gorgeous and very generous breakfast; eggs royale with two poached eggs and a huge portion of smoked salmon plus a lovely continental section.

The restaurant was lovely, nicely furbished, pretty fairy lights on beams. The breakfast was tasty, not included in room tariff. Staff polite, friendly and efficient. As we were arriving late, the staff rang to explain where our room was and that it would be open. Room is basic, warm, clean bed but stained quilts in cupboard. Cushions and throw on sofa bed were stained as was the carpet. Electric shower was tiny and not much power. Lovely surroundings and a tidy courtyard. Plenty of free onsite parking
