We liked everything with the BNB - the breakfast was sensational - very big so we didn't need lunch. The pub down the road 'The Comfort Inn' (not sure of the name) was recommended and had wonderful food.

Sandra and John were so welcoming and couldn't do enough to make sure we were having the best time with them.
They even phoned the local inn to book a meal for us.
The room was spotlessly clean and had so many extra little touches (snacks, drinks, fresh milk) to enjoy.
John left a 'tractor magazine' for my husband because he found out we were farmers.

Lovely cottage located in a secure compound with private parking. Located at the junction of 2 main roads, so is very easy to find. The cottage is fully fitted with everything needed for an excellent stay. Close by is the fishing port of Fraserburgh, allowing good access to shops and local attractions. There is also a restaurant next to the cottage , which serves breakfasts and lunches, and also has various themed dinner nights. Very helpful and lovely owners, who were always on hand to help.

The house was darling! It is a labor of love for the owners! They have been there 34 years! The breakfast was plentiful! They were very good to us even though we booked last minute!

Fantastic experience. The couple who own the place - Mary and James are lovely. The decor was amazing, and all done by Mary. James was great and invited me to watch the football in his man cave. It was our anniversary and just the right ambience. We had a 2 hour slot to use the pool privately and the temperature, the jacuzzi, the roof lights all made it so wonderful. Mary recommended take out for dinner which was excellent and there was a selection of cereal, toast, juices etc in the fridge for use. It was so amazing, We've been recommending it to everyone.

Unique experience
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The hotel is in the lovely village of Strichen ample parking room was a good size and clean staff were very friendly also hotel was quite breakfast is self service cereal toast yogurt coffee and tea plus toast Definitely would recommend this hotel and I will Definitely be useing again its worth taking a walk around the village of Strichen
Easy parking and good public bar. Room was great value for money, quiet and comfortable. Good WiFi signal in room to watch live football. Nice thick carpets and views out over the village / countryside. Good selection of biscuits, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, shower gels and shampoos provided.
Excellent welcome, and friendly Staff, Bar was great and reasonably Priced.
Breakfast was quick and suited our needs for a lighter breakfast.
Easy parking either in the small Hotel Car park, or in the main road.
It is rare to find a place that is so friendly, clean, professional and helpful.
I have 2 giant dogs and finding accommodation that caters for them is difficult. Not here … here my friends and I were greeted warmly, clean rooms, great food, excellent value for money, parking for our vehicles … I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to all staff - bar, hotel and restaurant!
