Warm friendly welcome with spacious rooms. The included breakfast choices are impressive with fresh hens eggs from the farm. The hosts are professional and engaging with a family feel. My bed was very comfortable and high quality linen and large wrap round bath towels. There's nothing better than a shower that gushes hot water with power. An ideal stay.

This place exceeded expectation...first off we booked because we have a little baby and we wanted swimming n breakfast along with a decent sized room so we had a base house hunting. I stupidly had a bad case of mum brain and managed to book 2 non refundable bookings on the same night. The hotel was nice enough to let me cancel free of charge, which was amazing as SMP makes things tight. Then when we got here, the staff were super friendly, giving our little one a stuffed toy now named "inspector De Vere". Along with this, we were also upgraded!!! After a second day of house viewings that became longer than planned, we re-booked again and were again treated to some further wonderful treats. Bub went to sleep after a swim n we ordered room service. We had put a note to say not to call (i have allergies) and when food was delivered they knocked so quietly so as not to wake the baby. I'm seriously impressed. We will recommend this place to those visiting us once we have relocated.

Lovely setting and george our gardens. Our room was spacious and clean. We ate at the restaurant on site and the meal was very good. Excellent service and very tasty food. We went on a warm day and sat outside for a drink before eating. Very nice cooked breakfast in the morning.

We loved absolutely everything about Field Farm Cottage. It was the perfect place to relax during a busy weekend involving a nearby family wedding.
