Needs a bit of an update. Only one towel for two people. Damage to plaster board. Curtains not hanging on all hooks. Holes in nets. Carpets a bit aged. Bed was comfortable, furnishings good. Free parking. Would have been good for breakfast to be included.

Absolutely no parking, drove around the car park for nearly an hour looking.
Booked a different hotel online and stayed somewhere else, lost all of the money on the booking.
Why sell hotel rooms when there’s no available parking?
Receptionist went above and beyond. Mix up on arrival and accidentally entered radisson hotel car park. Parking company gave wrong post code.
Even though we only turned around in there we checked to see if we was charged and yes. Paid for that entered hotel mentioned it to receptionist she said if we hadnt paid she would have had it cancelled. But gave us a drink’s voucher.
Decided to make our way to Stanstead and stay over the night before, as didn't want to chance the morning traffic, as we were coming from S. Wales. So glad we did. Grateful for the late check in. Room was comfortable and clean. Couldn't have asked for more. Close to airport and free parking.

The location is excellent for travelling from Stansted Airport. The hotel is only 15 minutes drive away and provides free parking for guests. The rooms are decent, clean and comfortable but not luxurious. The bathroom and showers were clean and of a good size.
