This 2 night stay was a surprise visit. When entering we had to give a credit card but we didn’t know this and I had no money left on it 😂I was worried they wouldn’t let us stay but they were fine about it I got some cash on my card and was able to sort this later in the evening. As this was a surprise we really wanted to have the best relaxing time and have a massage. Didn’t know you had to book in advance but talking to the lovely staff they arranged it for the next day all out of work hours when they should have been relaxing . This for me was why I will go back time and time again and with my family and dog. Truly 5 stars well worth it.

Couldn't have asked for anything more. Bed was really comfortable, everything we could possibly need was provided. Accommodation was spotless. And the extra touches like croissants, snacks, tea and coffee was really nice touch. I feel they had thought of everything. Host showed us everything we needed to know and was available if we had any questions. Made our weekend away very enjoyable.

The room was well equipped, modern and clean with a comfortable large bed. The ensuite bathroom is a good size with a shaver plug, heated towel rail and mirror light.
There are tea and coffee machines available including a proper pod coffee machine.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
This is a real gem. Joe seems to have thought of everything. The room is very well equipped. It is really a small apartment. Clean, comfortable and warm. Parking outside. Cooking facilities and a great view of the countryside.
lack of communication- had to chase the owner for check in and out times and details twice. only told on day of arrival of limited parking. we were never told what the check out time was!
Nice quiet location. The Boar pub was 5 minute walk away and was excellent. Nice field for dog walking available. Pretty garden. Parking. The hot tub looked nice.
Quaintness of both rooms. Well equipped kitchen. supply of excellent ground coffee! Having free access of Joe's wonderful garden. Off road parking for our car. Friendliness of our host.
