Great place for a relaxing weekend. Everything you require, and exceptionally clean throughout. Owners have done very well- a credit to them. A small hamper on arrival was a nice touch.

Barrie and Lesley were perfect hosts. Eight Ball house is beautifully maintained, comfortable , clean and affordable, dog friendly house. Nothing was too much trouble, facilities were fantastic. Ideal house for family getaways.

Upon arriving at Reymerston Hall we were immediately impressed with the beautiful driveway up to the house. The surroundings of the house were very spacious with open farmland to a lovely tranquil wooded area behind the house. The miniature goats and the ducks on the pond were an added bonus as well as the friendly cats who showed up now and again. Our hosts Liz and Keith were very welcoming from the moment we arrived and all through our stay. They were very helpful in advising local places to visit and eat. The house had been totally renovated in the past few years to an exceptionally high standard and is a credit to the owners for retaining all the old charm in a modern way. The furnishings and decor were all beautiful and very well selected. The bedroom and ensuite was lovely and spacious, very comfortable and modern. We got a very restful sleep thanks to the lovely bed and pillows. There was a large selection to choose from for breakfast and ours was cooked to perfection. It was lovely being able to relax and have a drink in the gorgeous Drawing after exploring the local countryside.

I loved everything about the hotel and the room. The room was delightful and well appointed, the bathroom awesome (putting the shower controls where you can reach them without getting wet is so important and so rare in even 5 star hotels). The free cream tea was an unexpected bonus and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Pretty rural location, good for a relaxing break away from it all. Very comfortable for a family and cosy with the heating on, everyone enjoyed staying there. ,
