So well set up and clean, with everything you could need for a self contained and cosy stay. It was a bonus too to have the breakfast bits, made it relaxing. We were at a wedding nearby and it was a lovely place to come back to, to stay, and it was also really helpful to be able to go in a little bit before to leave our bags and get changed. It was good to have a parking space and private entrance. Thank you.

Breakfast, was ok, but they ran out of food.
Due to us being a group, they didnt have a big enough table, which meant we had a table in a separate room, which was good of them but meant we had a walk and wait on the food

We stayed at Miller's House for two nights. Our room was delightful. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee, mini bar and fridge. Also we had our own private patio furnished with outside sofa, 2 chairs and coffee table. The house is situated in a gated estate so it was very quiet. We'd certainly return. Magita, the owner, is very helpful and our stay was superb.

Such a great spot to spend a weekend. The Ark had everything we needed all of which was high standard. The lazy continental breakfast provided by Steph sitting on the pontoon watching the birds and boats was a particular highlight. A great spot to walk from too !

The staff is so nice, we arrived late and they told us where we could go for dinner and to visit the beach nearby :) the bedroom really comfy and clean. Easy to reach and with free parking.
The staff were extremely friendly on check in and when we went in/out. The breakfast staff were really lovely too, making sure we had everything we needed and the breakfast was cooked to perfection. Hotel located on one of the main roads through Hayling island so it was easy to find and ample free parking. Facilities in the room were good, we had everything we needed. Interesting building with lots of history.
Much bigger than the pictures. Everything was super comfortable and clean. As we were Mum’s and children the hallways was SO useful for buggies and storage. Great off street parking, we had 4 cars. Short walk (6-10 mins) from the beach. 8 mins walk from a shop and a lovely cafe called Up the Creek (recommend for breakfast and lunch v good value and very friendly)
It was larger than expected and the enclosed garden was perfect for the dog, especially as the hot weather meant we were at the property more than we had intended.

Great location and friendly staff. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Also nice and peaceful. Bar is homely and reasonably priced. Only 2 mins drive from the beach and the hotel has lots of free parking.
I had a great stay the apartment was well equipped and in great location on the sea front with off street parking. The apartment is set back from the road so is nice an quiet The owner met me at the property to give me the keys and let me know about the area. Would def recommend staying here.
