The spa was a really lovely experience and the treatments are excellent. The hot stone massage was wonderful. We expected it to be good, but it exceeded all our expectations in facilities and layout. We aim to return.
The staff are friendly, helpful and are very conscientious.
We were each offered a glass of Quob Estate sparkling Blanc de Blanc. This was superb and reminded us of trying similar in Epernay, France. (We didn't know if this was complementary until we checked out.)
Everywhere is very clean and beautifully furnished.
The bed is very comfortable and the bed linen lovely.
The breakfast was very good and it is clear that great care is taken in preparing and presenting the food.

The room was fantastic with a downstairs sitting room and bathroom and an upstairs bedroom, all was really clean and looked recently decorated. The restaurant had a good choice of excellent quality food & drink at a reasonable price. Plenty of on-road parking. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
