Honestly, if you are staying in Sleaford, surely stay here. The young lady who manages the place could not have been more helpful and friendly. She advised us on taxis to RAF Cranwell, and, when a few of my younger friends were late for breakfast, she still cooked for them. She also made sure our cars were covered for parking for their first hour. If I were visiting Sleaford again this would be the only place I would want to book into.

Great views, peaceful and facilities we're 10/10. Hanna and Darek we're lovely and welcoming, allowed use of hot tub throughout the complete stay and the entire apartment was left for sole use by us even though it's attached to their property you are uninterrupted :) (PS Darek makes an amazing Pizza... definitely would recommend).

Very nice and great place. Even there is a ventilator in the toilet which works not like in hotels where it does not. And a lot of other things that are small but crucial.

The location was good, very close to the centre of town.
The dedicated Parking space is a perfect based upon the fact that there is NO on street parking available. The host was very helpful. Our room was warm and bright with a HUGE bathroom!
Ample parking right by the B&B entrance, in a council car park, with the parking ticket renewed by the hosts in the morning until departure (ticket/s bought and placed on the windscreen). Room was comfortable, well-equipped and quiet. I chose the 'small breakfast' which was excellent - all well-cooked and delivered promptly, with the beans in a separate bowl to prevent 'contamination' (Premier Inn have only just caught on to this!)

The staff were incredibly helpful and very flexible for us. We booked this to watch our brother pass out from RAF Cranwell and they catered for us excellently. Even so far as to put car parking tickets on our car in the car park.
Very clean & comfortable, Iris & Paul are lovely hosts. The house is in a private estate quiet and easy to find with secure car parking. The room is modern and spacious, the Bathroom is just across the hall with a really nice shower.
