Historical building, very quirky and surprisingly big, set in the village and in lovely surroundings. The beds were comfortable and the hosts was helpful and accommodating. The ground floor bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents. We all enjoyed our stay.

Location was superb, away from any noisy traffic and set in huge beautiful gardens. About 5 miles from Sidmouth, a lovely small seaside town, definitely worth visiting.
The owners were wonderful, friendly and helpful in every way we could have wanted and looked after us brilliantly.
Terrific breakfasts.
The owners also had two lovely friendly black Labrador dogs who greeted us often when we parked our car.

I liked the fact it was central, had parking, was well decorated with a very pleasant ambiance. Very clean on arrival and had good clear advice/instruction booklet. The owners were very responsive to messages and gave clear directions to the property. A very enjoyable stay.

Our host greeted us which was lovely. A cottage in the best place, river valley, wooded hills, a wonderful village and country walks. Everything was in the cottage that we needed and the bonus of parking on site. Wifi and the best TV. Can't praise enough. Great!!!.
