This was a great base for the night. Just a few moments away by car from Seaham beach, and 10 minutes from Sunderland. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen clean. Kostas was a great host; he met us when we arrived, which was really easy to arrange, and showed us around the apartment and gave us some local info. Would definitely stay again.

Mick was a fantastic host. He was very accommodating to our needs and communication was excellent. Shower was excellent, cooking facilities were great and items provided i.e.Coffee,tea, toiletries etc were really good.

Apartment was very modern and had everything as expected. Loved the massive TVs and the steps down to the kitchen. All rooms were a good size. The shower in the bathroom was very fancy and the mirror had a bluetooth speaker which i have not seen before. The location was great right on the main street and everything was a short walking distance. Great free parking at the end of the street.
Property is well located for the local amenities in Seaham, as well as the local beaches. Free on street parking a bonus too.
Bed was lovely and comfortable and the shower was great. Lovely and spacious and two shower heads (overhead and detachable).
Room was clean and comfortable and having a small fridge was great on a hot day. Self service check-in and check-out worked well, (instructions via email on the day). Parking is at the back in Green Street car park, which is currently free. Location is great, near the sea front with lots of shops and places to eat.
The owner was very friendly and helpful when I arrived.Beautifully laid out room. Free parking behind the accommodation. Bar downstairs was elegant in design. Close to the beach.
Superb location for beach access and close to other towns / cities. Will definitely return for more seaglass hunting!

Obviously quite a new letting property on an estate so kitchen equipment new,beds new. Off street parking good. Local to Outlet village where there was a good pub serving Carvery at a reasonable price. Seaham a few miles away but free parking in most car parks and Large supermarket chains nearby to town centre.
Location was excellent, free parking right outside. Free parking in all beach car parks. Beds were very comfortable with mattress toppers. Lovely bathroom and nice toiletries.
