The cottage is very well appointed and situated, rural enough to be peaceful urban enough that everything you could need is local.
The private allocated parking is a massive plus.

We had a little issue at the house, and Andrew took care of it right away. It was close to the town centre. Nice little fish and chip shop just 5 minutes up the street. Clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Spotlessly clean with comfy beds which had quality linen. Good communication from the host with easy parking and straight forward access. Although we didn't meet the host he left a welcoming letter letting us know he'd left us a couple of beers and soft drinks in the fridge along with the fresh milk which was a nice touch. The living area is quirky and very comfortable and made for a nice relaxing evening.
Set in a lovely 19th-century building, The Foxglove by Innkeeper's Collection has a quaint bar and restaurant serving cask ales and seasonal dishes.

The accommodation block was in a quiet location to the rear of the main building, so absolutely no traffic noise! The Foxglove had a great atmosphere, was surprisingly large inside yet retained lots of character. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was delicious, better than typical 'pub grub' and portions were generous - you will not leave hungry. Our waiter was attentive and efficient, really knew his job.
