Location excellent.. 15min walk to lake windermere..
Hayley and steve were so lovely, such a warm welcome.. hayley had communicated days before with textes, emails.. even had a text day before saying we could get in our room earlier... cleanliness of the hotel and room we stayed in was excellent... lovely surprise for us in our room on behalf of hayley and steve..
Breakfast was excellent.. nothing too much trouble..
Bedroom staff was lovely and friendly...

Very quiet location yet well placed for access to the town and facilities. The whole place was so well presented, beautiful lounge area and such comfortable bedrooms, excellent breakfast - I can’t praise enough!

warm and friendly hosts and the cottage was very comfortable. Parking was easy on premises and the breakfasts excellent. There were delicious biscuits left everyday in our room and all in all we feel that we would be happy to return anytime.
Nice location with on site parking. Nice views and is just 5-8 mins walk to National Trust Beatrix potter 's garden(?). Strong hot shower. Despite what I didn't like, it was a good stay with the price I paid.
The location of these apartments was excellent. Very clean and beautiful views over esthwaite lake. Excellent value for money and a 5 minute drive from Hawkshead which had a number of pubs/restaurants and a mini supermarket. It was quiet and there was enough parking. Easy ro find using what3words and well sign posted when we arrived.
Great location and lovely apartment with good walks nearby. Kitchen well equipped and great pub in easy walking distance. Good parking space and outdoor shared areas, dog also loved it.
