Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Both Wendy and Graham were so friendly and very attentive without being too much. There really is not a single negative I could mention. Such a wonderful location, the hut itself has everything you could need, the shower was spacious, the bed was oh so comfortable and the decking was beautiful to sit out on both during the day and at night with the fire pit going strong. Already booked for another break away!

Everything about Goodwin farm was perfect. The hut itself is well laid out with everything provided you could need for your stay. The location is fantastic with amazing views, made even better when sat in the hot tub! We felt very relaxed and secluded during our stay.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
A gift for our mums 60th. Wow. Walking around the side of the cottage to the garden and being greeted by a spectacular view - instantly fell in love. What a beautiful cottage. Spacious but homely. Everything you could possibly need and no issues - a lot of thought and care has gone into welcoming guests. Cosy fires in the evening. Peaceful village, good parking and dog walks. A real gem.
Whilst being in the middle of nowhere this quaint modern spacious property was well above expectation. Steve and Julie are lovely and take great pride in keeping their guest house immaculate. There is good parking but it is first come first serve so if you arrive late in the day you may have to park up the street about 50 yards away and there are no street lights here. In the room we stayed in the large double shower was great and the room was huge compared to most hotels.
Excellent countryside location for visiting 4 nearby National Trust sites - 1 very close. Off-road parking. Good sized bedroom (king bed) with fridge. Quiet location. Good breakfast - either usual cooked breakfast & toast or cereal, etc. Hosts offered evening meal as optional extra - we went for steak pie which was excellent. (NB local pub currently shut & other local pubs v restricted on kitchen opening hours Sunday but great Indian restaurant in Robertsbridge which is open Sunday night if you want it.)
Very nice bedrooms and huge sofa.
Location is great. No noise from the main road but close enough to walk to pub and shop. Lovely walks from house. Visited Rye (As wonderful a visit as ever), picnic on beach at Camber (tip - use the West car park), Great Dixter and Sissinghust gardens.
