We couldn’t fault our three night stay at Penrose B&B. It is located on the edge of Lostwithiel on a short hill but within easy walking distance of the town centre, pubs and restaurants. The owners Chris and Heidi were very welcoming and would go the extra mile with any help you needed. The breakfast was cooked to order so always hot and fresh. Our bedrooms and bathroom were clean and spacious with plenty of storage. The car park is small but big enough to accommodate the guests.

I have stayed at Trewthewey three times now. Bob is a great host. Breakfast is delicious. My bedroom is spacious and the location just right for going into Fowey and touring Cornwall.

Breakfast wonderful…. Location, a little isolated, but we were kind of looking for that so it suited us perfectly. The directions given to us by the host were clear, easy to follow and direct. Bathroom was great…. Everything very clean and comfortable.

We stayed in the Villa which was is outstanding. Antonia gives excellent recommendations for the area and places to eat and drink. Charlestown is an excellent place to stay and the villa was in the heart of Charlestown.
