Staff were wonderful. The meal we had in the Pickled Pig restaurant at the hotel was delicious and a good 3-course deal.
Bathroom was clean. Bed change daily.

Our first room was not so good, so we changed our room with no extra charge.
The garden is beautiful!! Spend as much time there as you can.

Pleasant ambience, friendly and helpful staff, spacious bedroom with large, comfortable bed. Great shower! Our room overlooked the garden and was very quiet.
Convenient location - a short walk to town centre, bus terminus, harbours etc hilly, with steep paths to the hotel, but this leads to far ranging views.
Copenhagen restaurant is a lovely dining experience, a real treat.

Beautiful location overlooking the valley and the sea. Excellent cooked breakfast. Choice of dining steakhouse, mediterranean or mexican. We tried them all and all good. The gold rooms with sea view probably best rooms. We were given complimentary Prosecco and dessert as celebrating ruby wedding anniversary. Good base for accessing coastal cliff path. Rooms clean and comfortable. Free car parking.
Lovey classic hotel in a quiet location with fabulous views. Lovely attentive and welcoming staff. Tucked away at the top of the town but a short cut down through the gardens took you to the waterfront in just a few minutes. Good choices for breakfast, relaxing terrace to look out over the harbour. Free parking (don’t come in a large wide car though as it’s quite a narrow lane). We stayed in the original part of the hotel. Home baked shortbread each day on the tea tray.
The hotel is right in the heart of St Peter Port and an excellent location. The hotel parking was very handy but be aware that to get there it's a rabbit warren of streets to find it and tight to get in and out of the car park but once you get the hang of it, it's all straightforward. The welcome was very warm from the staff and the room was comfortable and very clean.
This hotel was clean with fantastic staff. The room was cleaned daily and all areas of the hotel were immaculate. The location of the hotel is a 10 minute walk (on quite a steep hill) from St Peter Port. We enjoyed the walk daily. Car parking is also available outside the hotel. We stayed here during Island Games week and despite it being very busy, service was great. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Great location with valet parking. Beautifully furnished large ensuite bedroom, comfortable bed and quality bedding. Heated swimming pool with an available washroom changing room, shower. Great dining experiences in the Brasserie and Curry Room. Helpful staff.
Well maintained property, very comfortable and enthusiastic staff, if some somewhat inexperienced. The fish dishes we had for dinner on the first night were exceptional but other dishes no better than satisfactory on the second night. I think the food is however over priced. Valet car parking was excellent and efficient.
