A real privilege to stay in a wonderful location with such a welcoming host. The house is so tastefully furnished, comfortable and full of charm. The breakfast table was beautifully laid out which made the excellent and generous breakfast such a pleasure. This was our second visit and we hope to return.

Lovely B&B, beautifully decorated, good-sized rooms with en-suite. The breakfast was great (although served from 8 am onward), and the staff friendly and helpful. It is not a hotel, so the rooms are not cleaned during your stay (I stayed 4 nights). The location is great, within walking distance from the station and the city centre.

Lovely room and hard working staff and Brilliant food.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
My husband and I stayed for a weekend.Its not too far from a park and ride that we used to go to the city center . The area was nice and there is off street parking at the property.Upon arrival the owners had put the heating on which we were most grateful for. Easy to use key lock .The rooms were comfortable and spacious and very clean. Good wi-fi .It was like home from home. Good communication with the owner who was quite responsive to questions. Highly recommend staying here we hope to come back one day
We loved everything.. Barry met us in the car park. Rooms weee great.. breakfast was very much appreciated as was the fresh milk on the fridge.
