The apartment is smart and spotless, decorated and furnished skillfully to make best use of space and create a classy style. There were some thoughtful extras to welcome us, wine and milk in the fridge and a packet of biscuits.
The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly when we needed but otherwise left us to enjoy our space. We had a fantastic short stay and will most likely be returning.

We had a nice stay here with pleasant hosts. Price / value ratio a bit high, facilities and rooms did not exceed expectations.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Decor was quirky but possibly not to everyone’s taste. We wanted to visit Roslin chapel which is literally just over the road, so that was great. We were driving so getting in to Edinburgh is also easy - about 30 min drive depending on traffic, weather etc. accommodation has its own limited parking but plenty of on street parking outside. Cafe downstairs and pub across the road also very convenient.
The location is excellent, with perfect parking and a high level of security. The welcome was very nice, with wine, water, and snacks provided. The owner is very kind and helpful, showing a lot of empathy and love for animals. Thank you for your hospitality.
It is across the street from a pub with good food and a 5 minute walk from Roslyn Chapel. Parking is on site and easy. Rooms are big and very clean. The owner is great. Nice little treats in the room, along with tea and kettle.
A short walk to Roslyn chapel. Small shop around the corner. I got free upgrade to a larger room. Surprisingly the room stayed warm despite the large windows and the high ceilings. The bath was also hot and comfy. Free parking opposite the guesthouse and more behind. I can truly recommend the chapel service if you have the opportunity.
We love the quietness from Edinburg.
Ultimate comfort in bed and pillows. I want to buy it! Room is comfortable and literally right across from the Roslin Chapel for 9 am booking. Free parking.
No fuss place with tea house for breakfast or lunch. The original Roslin Inn has good food.
The people working there were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location for those visiting Rosslyn Chapel. There are a couple of good pubs across the street for an evening meal, and Dolly's Tea Room (named after the famous sheep) is in the same building for breakfast. Free parking is also available.
