Relaxing couple of days away in the lovely bell tent, nicely presented comfortable and clean with outdoor seating area at tent with bbq stove fire pit etc, friendly atmosphere with amazing owners who were lovely engaging in conversation welcoming and very pleasant. Located nicely near to Grantham centre with plenty of shops for essentials - overall an enjoyable campsite to visit we will be returning in the near future 😁

Property is set on land with another house next door. Lots of parking space, massive garden and seating area. Property is huge inside with cinema/games room in basement. If you are looking for a perfect stag/hen party house, this is the one. Big thanks to Dave who has been in contact regularly and helped change the booking arrangements to add another guest, with no bother. Photos do not do it justice!! Ignore any negative reviews posted as they don’t match the reality of this venue.

Our second stay at this lovely house, has everything you need for a relaxing weekend. excellent fish and chips takeaway just up the road is a nice convenience. A few minutes drive into Grantham town centre and located within 30 -45 mins of other nearby towns such as Sleaford and Spalding.

Very comfortable house, clean, bright, everything you need. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, very comfortable lounge, with smart TV so we could watch Netflix etc. convenient downstairs toilet, as well as house bathroom and ensuite room - all very well decorated, lovely soft fluffy towels, comfortable beds and lovely quality linen. there is 2 parking spaces, however we needed more, and there was plenty of spaces on the road outside. There are a few shops and takeaways within a minute walk from the house. We would stay there again.
