If I could give this an 11 I would. The room was super comfortable , private, quiet, spotless, great bed with an incredible bathing area. The owners were more than friendly;they made us feel welcome and genuinely cared. After several days when we needed to leave VERY early to travel Graham met us personally at 6 am to help us with our bags. Breakfast was served family style… this was a true inn. The area is just far enough from a small town to give the feeling of staying in a real Scottish estate. If you’re going to the Speyside area, this should be your first choice.

Everything was just perfect! The room was very clean, cosy and comfortable and had all that we needed. We also loved that the key was in a safety box outside so that we could check in anytime, definitely makes it less stressful when trains or travels are delayed.
