Good location: very close to the motorway, so great stop on the way up north. Good breakfast: left by the owner on the worktop and the fridge. Excellent fitted kitchen: small, but with everything you need. Even aluminium foil, cling film, baking paper and some spices are provided: a mini home! Quiet: despite being close to the motorway you can only hear a faint hum in the background, hardly noticeable at all. Comfortable bed.

This is an amazing place to stay. The stuff was super friendly and helpful. We had a dog with us during our stay and changed our room to a bigger one with a little outdoor space. They were very thoughtful to put a dog bed and feeding bowl for our dog.

Most importantly first of all - Michelle was a super helpful host and extremely accommodating. Property located in a lovely quiet cul de sac. Good size of property. Central heating. Easy access to keys. Quality products/toiletries and towels provided. Luxurious decor. Free WiFi and large screen tv with access to streaming services included. Helpful post-it notes around the house. Basic groceries readily avail at the property. Overall an amazing stay for which I'd give 5* rating and would happily stay there again

The location is very convenient as it is a 3 minute easy walk from the station. The host is thoughtful and helpful, the breakfast is excellent. The bed was very comfortable and both the bedroom and bathroom were made comfortable on a cold damp Prestom night with effective heating.

This was a great stay for a very good price. The studio is bigger than it looks in the pictures! It was quite cold when I got to Preston but the temperature inside the studio was perfect. The shower gets really hot, it's in the city center, and Andrew was super helpful at all times! Great communication too :)
